Our products are one of a kind. Our wood products are made by hand from reclaimed wood and can possibly have imperfections. We try our best to make things just right, but want this to be kept in mind if you choose to purchase from our shop. Payment- We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. For commercial and/or custom orders, we will send an invoice, which can also be paid by credit card.
Shipping- All large items ship via Fed Ex and small orders ship via USPS. We will email you a confirmation number as soon as your item ships. All items are shipped from our shop in Kansas City, MO. At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless you have a FedEx or UPS account that you would like for us to use. If you live in ALASKA or HAWAII, please contact us prior to purchasing. If you do not contact us prior to purchasing, we will invoice you for the additional amount of the shipping charges.
Refunds | Exchanges- All sales are final, so please be confident of the product before ordering. We are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding a product or send additional pictures prior to purchasing. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days so that we can promptly open a claim and send you a new item.
Additional Policies- We make each item by hand with the aid of a few power tools. We do not four side plane the wood used to make our tables, racks and shelving, which means the sides may not be perfectly square. Please allow at least 1" variance from listed measurements to account for knots, holes and other imperfections present in the old growth reclaimed wood. We promise to provide to you with a quality piece of wood furniture that you will want to use for years to come.
